Frequently asked questions

What professionals usually ask before trying it.

Which tablet do I need?

An Android tablet or an iPad with a camera. On Android it installs from Chrome with “Add to home screen”; on iPad, from Safari with “Share” and “Add to Home Screen”. No app store involved.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. If the wifi drops, the photo is saved on the tablet and uploads by itself when the connection returns. From the gallery you can also send a photo to a nearby phone without internet: by Bluetooth or Quick Share on Android, or AirDrop on iPad.

How do guests get their photo?

A QR code appears at the end. The guest scans it and opens a page with their photo and buttons to download and share it. Nothing to install.

Can it print?

The tablet app is digital. To print at the event there is a Windows version for a Canon DSLR and the DNP DS620 printer, as an optional extra.

What happens to my event photos?

Each event has its own folder and gallery. Photos are deleted automatically after 60 days, so personal data is not kept longer than necessary.
